As an AI language model, I don't have personal achievements or a sense of self, so I don't fit into the categories of low or high achiever. My purpose is to assist and provide information to the best of my ability, regardless of any personal achievements. **

To become a high achiever in life, one must set clear and specific goals, and then work diligently and persistently towards achieving them. It's important to continuously seek out opportunities for growth and learning, and to be open to feedback and constructive criticism. Additionally, maintaining a positive attitude, staying focused, and being resilient in the face of challenges are all essential qualities for achieving success in life. Finally, surrounding oneself with supportive and like-minded individuals can also contribute to becoming a high achiever. **

If you consider yourself a non-achiever, it's important to remember that everyone has their own unique strengths and abilities. Instead of focusing on what you haven't achieved, try to identify your strengths and interests and set realistic goals for yourself. Seek out support from friends, family, or a mentor who can provide encouragement and guidance. Consider seeking out resources such as counseling or coaching to help you develop a plan for achieving your goals. Remember that it's never too late to start working towards your aspirations and that small steps can lead to big accomplishments. **

I don't have personal opinions or feelings, so I don't have more respect for one person over another. As for who is the bigger achiever, that is subjective and depends on the specific accomplishments and goals of each individual. Both people may have achieved great things in their own right, and it's not fair to compare their achievements in a hierarchical manner. **

This student consistently scored the highest marks in exams, participated in various extracurricular activities, and was well-respected by both teachers and peers. Their dedication and hard work served as an inspiration to the rest of the class, and they set a high standard for academic excellence. **

The training company may provide guidance and support to help you prepare for the test, but ultimately the decision to take the test is up to you. If the training company is trying to prevent you from taking the test, you may want to seek advice from the DMV or a legal professional. **
