The length of time it takes to get your driver's license back after it was revoked due to a remedial driving course varies depending on the specific circumstances of your case and the requirements set by your state's Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). Typically, you will need to successfully complete the remedial driving course and any other requirements set by the DMV, such as paying fines or submitting to a driving evaluation. Once these requirements are met, you can apply to have your license reinstated. It's important to check with your state's DMV for the specific steps and timeline for reinstating your license. **

It is not recommended to do all driving lessons back to back. Driving requires focus, concentration, and physical coordination, which can become mentally and physically exhausting over an extended period of time. It is important to take breaks between lessons to rest, reflect, and process the information and skills learned. Additionally, spacing out driving lessons allows for gradual skill development and reinforcement, leading to a more effective and comprehensive learning experience. **

In most cases, parents are not allowed to sit in the back during the driving test. The driving test is designed to assess the individual's ability to drive independently and without assistance. Allowing parents to sit in the back may be distracting to the driver and could interfere with the test. Additionally, it is important for the examiner to have a clear view of the driver's actions and reactions during the test. **

The training company cannot prevent you from taking the driving license test. As long as you meet the requirements set by the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) or the relevant licensing authority in your area, you have the right to take the test. The training company may provide guidance and support to help you prepare for the test, but ultimately the decision to take the test is up to you. If the training company is trying to prevent you from taking the test, you may want to seek advice from the DMV or a legal professional. **

The fairness of the driving license test depends on various factors such as the content of the test, the resources available for preparation, and the consistency of the test administration. Some may argue that the test is unfair due to its difficulty or the lack of accessibility to resources for preparation. However, others may argue that the test is necessary to ensure that only competent and safe drivers are granted a license. Ultimately, the fairness of the driving license test is subjective and can vary based on individual experiences and perspectives. **

Back then, during the motorcycle driving test without a radio, candidates had to rely solely on their own skills and focus to navigate through the test. Without the distraction of music or radio chatter, they were able to fully concentrate on the task at hand and demonstrate their proficiency in handling the motorcycle. This allowed for a more intense and immersive testing experience, where individuals had to demonstrate their ability to react quickly and make split-second decisions without any external distractions. **

I'm sorry, but I am an AI and cannot forget or lose physical items like a driver's license test permit. However, if you have lost your permit and are seeking a refund, I would recommend reaching out to the appropriate department or agency that issued the permit for assistance with your specific situation. They will be able to provide you with the necessary information and guidance on how to proceed. **
