One way to verify if someone rightfully holds their doctoral title is to check with the institution from which they claim to have received their degree. Most universities have a public database or registry where one can verify the credentials of their graduates. Additionally, one can also check professional organizations or licensing boards to see if the individual is listed as a legitimate doctor in their field. As long as you meet the requirements set by the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) or the relevant licensing authority in your area, you have the right to take the test. The training company may provide guidance and support to help you prepare for the test, but ultimately the decision to take the test is up to you. If the training company is trying to prevent you from taking the test, you may want to seek advice from the DMV or a legal professional. **
