After 2 years, the holder of an A1 license may be eligible to upgrade to an A license by taking additional training and passing a practical test. The requirements for upgrading to an A license may vary by country, so it's important to check the specific regulations in your location. **

The training company cannot prevent you from taking the driving license test. The training company may provide guidance and support to help you prepare for the test, but ultimately the decision to take the test is up to you. If the training company is trying to prevent you from taking the test, you may want to seek advice from the DMV or a legal professional. **

The fairness of the driving license test depends on various factors such as the content of the test, the resources available for preparation, and the consistency of the test administration. However, others may argue that the test is necessary to ensure that only competent and safe drivers are granted a license. Ultimately, the fairness of the driving license test is subjective and can vary based on individual experiences and perspectives. **

Requiring seniors over 70 years old to undergo an annual driving competency test to keep their driver's license can be a controversial topic. While safety is a priority on the roads, age alone should not be the determining factor for driving ability. Instead, a more individualized approach, such as periodic assessments based on driving record or health conditions, may be more effective in ensuring road safety while also respecting seniors' independence and rights. Additionally, providing resources for seniors to improve their driving skills or access alternative transportation options can also be beneficial. **

Education was underfunded for years due to a variety of reasons. One major reason is competing budget priorities, such as healthcare, infrastructure, and defense, which often took precedence over education funding. Additionally, economic downturns and budget constraints led to cuts in education spending. Furthermore, political disagreements and lack of consensus on the importance of education investment also contributed to underfunding. These factors combined to create a situation where education was not given the necessary financial support to meet the needs of students and schools. **
